[October 30, 2024] – Amidst ongoing global religious conflicts, an unprecedented international event seeking harmony among religions and answers for human peace through the Bible has opened in the Republic of Korea.

 

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (hereinafter referred to as Shincheonji Church of Jesus) announced that it is holding the "3rd Universal Invitation Revelation Special Lecture" in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, from October 30 to November 2. Conducted under the theme "The Path of Understanding Led by the Bible, The Path of Peace Walked Together by Religions," this event is an international exchange program that seeks inter-religious dialogue and peace centered on the prophecies and fulfillments of the "Book of Revelation," the final book of the Bible.

 

 

■ World Religious Figures Uniting Through the "Bible"... Scale Surges More Than Threefold with Each Session

The 3rd Special Lecture recorded the largest participation to date. More than 1,000 people attended in total, including 521 religious leaders from 61 countries.

 

• 1st Session (February 2024): Participation of over 80 religious leaders from 28 countries

   

• 2nd Session: Graduation of over 270 religious leaders from 57 countries

   

• 3rd Session (Current): Participation of 521 religious leaders from 61 countries

   

The explosive growth in the number of participants within such a short period demonstrates that the South Korea-originated Bible program has established itself as a practical dialogue platform for religious figures worldwide.

 

 

■ From Testifying to the Physical Reality of Revelation to Peace Discussions... Seeking "The Answer for Human Peace"

 

Over the course of three nights and four days, participants will engage in the process of finding "the answer for human peace" by learning and discussing the true meaning and physical fulfillment of the Book of Revelation, the core of the Christian scripture. Through these discussions, they plan to broaden the scope of inter-religious understanding and verify "how God's will is being fulfilled on the global village." Participants share a common purpose, resonating with Chairman Lee Man-hee's suggestion to "understand the fundamental meaning of religions through scriptures and become one by understanding each other."

 

 

Original experiential programs have also been prepared beyond simple knowledge transmission.
